    VALUES & MEANING

After much consideration SNS narrowed it down to 3 major values that fit us personally & professionally.

    COMPASSION

    Through compassion...

    we create connection.

Compassion means not only caring about one another but also acting accordingly.

    CONNECTION

    Through connection...

    we earn respect.

Connection is when two or more people interact with each other and each person feels valued, seen, and heard. It is the feeling of being part of a community engaged in something bigger than any one person.

    RESPECT

    Compassion, Connection, Respect

Respect is the act of showing appreciation for someone's traits, qualities, or treating people with dignity and gratitude. An attitude of respect should come as standard in the workplace regardless of any personal feelings.

    We're here for you.

    Cassie Hobeck-CAP Coordinator [email protected]

My name is Cassie Hobeck, I have been a resident of Ray County for 11 years. I currently live in Lawson, where I have been for the past 5 years. I joined SNS as the Community At Play (CAP) Implementer. This program is for EVERYONE…all ages and all abilities. People from different communities, backgrounds, and lifestyles have come together and experienced the positivity and genuine connection with one another through opportunities provided by CAP. It is so easy to become isolated and lonely, but sometimes this can quickly lead to negative outcomes. I think we have all had seasons in our lives that we have separated ourselves and/or felt rejected, felt different than everyone else, or felt judged by others. The Community At Play program is here for you, we understand the importance of social interaction, feeling a sense of belonging and to have true connection with others. We all have something that makes us different than everyone else, and sometimes, with support that can become a shining quality!I have been inspired and truly believe the Community At Play program is making a positive widespread change, one interaction at a time. We do not heal in isolation…but in community.
